Rachael Chapman
Rachael Chapman is a Louisville native and proud graduate of The Central High School class of 2004. Currently she serves as the Program Manager of Community Partnerships at UofL Health, where she works to foster collaborative projects aimed at improving healthcare outcomes and addressing health disparities in underserved communities. With over a decade of experience in community outreach, health equity, and media communications, Rachael has led various initiatives focused on enhancing public health. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and Media Studies from Eastern Kentucky University and has extensive leadership experience through her service on multiple nonprofit boards, including Smoketown Family Wellness and I Would Rather Be Reading. Rachael is dedicated to advancing community health and creating equitable access to resources in Louisville, KY.
