Mikel, a Louisville Native and proud alum of Central High School's class of 2015. Mikel pursued higher education at the University of Louisville, earning a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). His commitment to service extends through his membership in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. Passionate about education and dedicated to his alma mater, Mikel serves as a staunch advocate for students, staff, and the Central High School community. Mikel is so excited about Jacket Nation Inc. and the Central community!

Tia is a Central High graduate, class of 1997, the school’s first magnet class.  A former Black Achiever, she holds a Master of Accountancy degree from University of Louisville and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Business Law from Tennessee State University (BBA Accounting).

Eugene, a Central High School alum (Class of 1972), graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics/General Engineering in 1976. He also has a formidable background in construction and development. He is retired, living in Jacksonville, Florida and is committed to the betterment of his beloved high school.

Rosalind (Roz) Welch, a strategic community servant, is a native Louisvillian and 2002 graduate of the historic Central High School. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky. She completed her Master of Public Administration at the University of Louisville.

ASHLEY HANCOX

Ashley Hancox, is a product of Central High School, Class of 2010. Following her high school career she graduated from University of Kentucky with a Bachelors in Broadcast Journalism. A few years later, she realized her passion and purpose is working with kids. She received her MAT from Spalding University in 2019. She began her journey as a Secondary English Teacher at the middle and high school level.

DR. SWANNIE JETT

Swannie Jett, DrPH, MSc, was selected as the new CEO of Park DuValle Community Health Center in August 2021. Dr. Jett, most recent appointment was as Health Commissioner for the Brookline Department of Health in Brookline, MA in 2017. Dr. Jett was the Health Officer/Surgeon General for Seminole County, Florida from 2013-16, and the Health Officer of Bullitt County Health Department in Kentucky from 2009-to 2013.

RACHAEL CHAPMAN

Rachael Chapman is a Louisville native and proud graduate of The Central High School class of 2004. Currently she serves as the Program Manager of Community Partnerships at UofL Health, where she works to foster collaborative projects aimed at improving healthcare outcomes and addressing health disparities in underserved communities. With over a decade of experience in community outreach, health equity, and media communications,

STEVEN STIGALL

Steven is a Louisville native and Male High School alum (‘99) that graduated from the University of Louisville in 2004. He awakened a long passion to become an educator and acquired a master’s degree in 2010 from Spalding University (MAT) and later an Education Specialist master’s degree from The University of the Cumberlands. Steven is currently the athletics and activities administrator for Central High School where he is ushering in a new era of increased participation, student achievement, student belonging, and a highly memorable experience.
