SHAUNTIA CARDINE
Tia is a Central High graduate, class of 1997, the school’s first magnet class. A former Black Achiever, she holds a Master of Accountancy degree from University of Louisville and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Business Law from Tennessee State University (BBA Accounting).
With a true passion for numbers, she has accumulated over 25+ years’ combined experience in underwriting, audit and tax, centered primarily with financial institutions and nonprofit organizations. She most recently assisted in the formation of a Kentucky credit union and Jacket Nation, Inc.
Her goal for the organization is to create an endowment for Central High School to ensure that it always has access to the resources that a school of its caliber demands.
